The goal of a Consultant is to assist the Client in reducing accidents and achieving and maintaining safety compliance with regulatory agencies, the Client’s Vendors and Contractors, and insurance agencies.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
As a Consultant TRS provides the following consulting services for the Client as requested or as ordered by Client representative(s). The following are examples of the types of consulting offered by TRS.

9. Sampling & Monitoring (air, noise,
radioactivity). Additional costs for equipment
may occur.
10.Behavior Based Safety Program
development, implementation & analysis
11.Industry Meetings & Safety Sales Meetings
12. Expert Safety Opinions
The costs of providing the above services will be billed by the hour plus mileage.
DRUG AND ALCOHOL PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION
TRS will administer your drug and alcohol program, keeping you in compliance with DOT regulations and the requirements of your Vendors and Operators. The administration tasks include but are not limited to the following:
1. Assisting Employer in establishing an Anti-
Drug Plan and Alcohol Misuse program and
updating these programs as DOT rules and
regulations require.
2. Setting up Collection Sites.
3. Transmitting drug and alcohol testing
information to Employer.
4. Operating Random Testing programs.
5. Assisting with Post-Accident testing and
investigation.
6. Assisting Employer with Audit requests.
7. Quarterly statistical reports
Monthly fees for the administration of the Drug/Alcohol Plan is be based on the number of employees covered by the Plan.
AUDIOGRAMS AND PULMONARY FUNCTION TESTS
OSHA requires that a baseline be established and yearly tests be run and compared for unacceptable shifts in hearing or pulmonary function. TRS has a mobile Audiogram booth and Pulmonary Function Testing facility for on-site testing to help you meet these requirements. Results are read by a Licensed Health Care Professional who issues a report showing the results.
