COURSE DESCRIPTION
U.S. Coast Guard STCW approved First Aid/CPR training program provides employees with the skills, practical knowledge and confidence to administer emergency treatment which may mean the difference between life and death. Our U.S. Coast Guard approved Emergency Medic First Aid Course also provides workers with effective accident prevention skills and knowledge.

9. Practical Evaluation
NOTE: Participants must demonstrate adequate performance proficiency to the satisfaction of the Certified MFA Instructor. Graduates will be issued a two year Medic First Aid wallet card. Typical worksite scenarios have been developed to facilitate practical learning.
COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS
U.S Coast Guard 33 CFR require employees to be adequately trained to render First Aid in the absence of a medical facility in near proximity. Training is required every two years.
